It's a normal hotel. Personally, my room (205) was relatively clean, all reported in working order. There's even a small balcony. The staff's nice. Reception is 24 hours a day. There's a room where you can leave your luggage. Very convenient location! Near the main street Avenue Jean Medecin (with numerous cafes, fast food and supermarkets). 500m to Nice-Ville station and bus stop 99 to the airport, 1km to Place Massena, 1.5 km to the English promenade. The hotel is suitable only for a short visit to Nice, skinny people who travel light.
the window is open - noisy, window is closed (glazing) - nothing can be heard from the street, you can hear the neighbors from other rooms. general air conditioning system does not work intensively. room is very small, especially the bathroom and shower cubicle, it is the standard size for French hotels 2 stars. Wi-fi in the room catches well. However, for security reasons, each room has its own login and password, you must enter it every time you return to the hotel. Internet speed is low, there is a ban on telephone conversations on WhatsApp (! photos and videos are loaded, conversation is not. It was a very unpleasant surprise for me...

Excellent WiFi, very friendly and friendly staff, not high cost for a small room with a double bed and bathroom in the room. The safe is in the room and costs 10 Euros for the entire stay, keeping all important documents, electronics and money while you go to the sea or have dinner. There is air conditioning, comfortable control. According to the rules of the hotel check-out takes place until 10 am and we left our suitcases in their locker for free before our train.
The wife did not like the state of the shower and bathroom in general, in some places there is mildew and repairs have not been made for a long time. For me it was not critical, quite comfortable room, which has everything you need for a short trip to Nice. There are only two outlets in the room, and one of them has a small TV the size of an iPad. There was a bit of a fridge missing. You have to walk to the sea in 15-25 minutes and it's not bad, it's worse when you go back to the hotel, especially if you've had a drink in the old town, the road will seem like an eternity. I don't think it's the hotel's fault, but it's worth considering when choosing a place to stay.

The staff is responsive and ready to always come to the rescue. Room cleanliness. Close to the city center and major attractions and shopping malls.
Difficulty of entering Wi Fi - connection occurs through the hotel site and each time you need to type a login and password on all devices (tablet, phones, etc.), while as soon as any of the devices "falls asleep" or leaves the zone, then you need to again pass the authorization procedure, it is tiresome and annoying. . The hotel website indicated that the room was equipped with a safe and nowhere was it indicated that there was an extra charge. There was indeed a safe, but for the key to it was required 10 euros for each day of use - this is a mismatch of statements and fraud. . The air conditioning only allowed to regulate the strength of the cold air flow, but not the temperature, i.e. it was without the "climate control" function.

This hotel is great if you are on a very tight budget.
This hotel is great if you are on a very tight budget. Carpet up the stairs was black with dirt. The room was ok if you only wanted a shower and sleep. The wardrobe was broken with a broken mirror. Just about managed it's 2 stars
